We aim to add 2000 additional items to our web site every month so if you can't find the book you are looking for now, please keep checking periodically!

The condition of every book will vary, however all are in a readable state. Anything out of the ordinary, such as notations in textbooks, ripped pages, damaged covers or grease on service manuals etc will normally be mentioned in the description. Occasionally defect will only be spotted on despatch, we will then contact you before sending. If you are unsure or would like to double check the condition we are more than happy for you to contact us via the 'Contact Us' page on our website. Please remember to quote the book which you are enquiring about.

When we originally list our books on this web site we do make sure that they are cheaper than anywhere else on the internet and we do continuously price compare our current stock to make sure they are still competitively priced. However with the amount of stock that we hold it is hard to guarantee that all of our books are definitely cheaper, so if you find a book elsewhere that is cheaper than us, make sure you let us know and provide with a link to the other site, and we will do our best to match or beat their price.

You may notice that alot of our items have a coding in the title, such as ~(C12) or something similar. Please ignor this, this is our reference for locating the books on our shelves.

Pagasaurus Books is a small, family run company based in West Sussex. We take pride in trying to offer a fast and efficient service, as well as trying to keep our prices the lowest prices! We have been trading since early 2007 and have had many pleased customers. Our stock is continually increasing as we aim to increase our online stock by 2000 items every month, so if you are having trouble looking for a book today, make sure you check again tomorrow!

Payment on our site is usually via Google Checkout only. This immediate payment method is secure, quick and easy, and is found to be satisfactory by most of our buyers. However if you would prefer to pay with a cheque or postal order please email us via our 'Contact us' page.

Yes, we do offer a gift wrap service for Christmas or Birthdays. We do charge an additional £1.50 for this optional extra. If you would like us to do this please provide details of the occasion (i.e. Christmas or Birthday), alternative address (if applicable) and full payment. We will wrap the item in gift wrap and then re-wrap with bubble wrap & paper.

Yes we will send books to international locations via Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery times will be dependent on the country but on average books take between 3 to 8 days to arrive, however on occasions they can take up to 14 days.

When we list our books each item is individually weighed to make sure that our postage prices are as accurate as possible based on the Royal Mail prices. We also include a small fee in this price to allow for packaging costs. When more than one book is purchased the cost per item will decrease accordingly based on the combined weight.

All of our books are packaged carefully in high quality Jiffy Bags. During the time we have been trading we have always had 100% possitive feedback on both our packaging and our customer service.

Providing that your order is paid for by 11.00am you item(s) will be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail 2nd class postage, which has been known to arrive the following day on some occasions! This only applies Monday to Friday, orders placed after 11:00am on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Please note that on Bank Holidays etc. dispatch will be on the first working day after the holiday.

What we've found in the past is that quite often people looking at a particular title or author know quite a lot already. However if you need information on any of our stock we are very happy to provide details via email usually within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

This very rarely happens, but of course human error is not always avoildable. If you have received the wrong item, please return the item you received back to us, and we will send out the correct item to you as soon as we receive it. We will of course cover the cost of returning the wrong item.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your item you may return it within 14 days for a refund, however, postage and packing costs must be covered by the buyer. Please contact us prior to returning the book.
